Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member at our Graham, NC location. This role supports high-quality guest service in a fast-paced, 24/7 store, handling transactions, stocking, and store upkeep with a team-oriented mindset.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, a pay rate of $12.25–$15.25 per hour with an overnight premium, and opportunities for growth including GED and tuition programs. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a pristine store, sweeping, mopping and cleaning interior and exterior areas.
• Support the team across cashiering to porter services for a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash with care following company policies and recording procedures.

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
