Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; read/write/speak English.
• Reliable transportation to and from work and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and supervise team members.
• Coach, train, and develop staff to maximize sales and maintain quality.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and food quality in all shifts.
• Manage labor, costs, and guest satisfaction while upholding company policies.
