Ford's Garage in Glen Allen, VA is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager (Hospitality Captain) to lead daily restaurant operations and mentor team members across shifts.

You will drive guest satisfaction, coaching and development, while optimizing sales and controlling costs to meet budget goals. A strong emphasis on sanitation, safety, and brand standards underpins a fun, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Must possess or obtain a valid Manager food safety certification or other required food/alcohol certification.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
• Must read, write and speak in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a strong team through recruitment, communication and training plans.
• Coach, counsel and develop Team Members during each shift.
• Maximize sales and profitability while controlling expenses and meeting budgets.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, sanitation, safety and food quality.
• Enforce brand standards and labor regulations.
