• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching to improve service quality.
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless visitor experiences and address challenges.
• Maintain accurate records related to attendance, performance, and customer feedback.
