Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Miami to guide a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead daily operations, drive sales goals, and ensure consistency in service and store execution. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, and candidates should be comfortable with a flexible schedule. Training and ADA accommodations are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Lead a team of hourly team members and manage daily/weekly workload.
• Support store sales goals and loyalty programs.
• Respond to guest concerns and de-escalate when needed.
