Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: English proficiency, excellent interpersonal skills, basic math, ability to work with diverse groups, initiative and strong planning.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to JIB procedures, systems and standards.
• Model and coach on guest-focused hospitality and brand standards.
• Oversee front-of-house operations including order taking and cashiering during busy times.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices.
