Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking energetic, dependable Team Leaders to help deliver fast, friendly, and clean experiences for guests in our Texas locations. You’ll greet guests, take orders, prepare food, and keep the dining areas and kitchen organized, all while upholding food safety and teamwork.

A willingness to learn and reliable attendance are important for success. Franchise positions mean responsibilities include promoting a positive work culture, handling payments, and supporting managers.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• Ability to take guests’ orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors.
• Ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment.
