Job summary

Thompson Hospitality Corp. is seeking a motivated Supervisor for Big Buns to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will guide daily operations, train staff, and ensure quality service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues. The role requires 50–55 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to stand, walk and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
