Job summary

Target in Columbia, SC is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to oversee guest experience and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a team of hourly Associates, ensure training, schedule workloads, and maintain safety and brand standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail and guest service is preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, including interviewing, coaching and performance management.
• Plan daily/weekly workload and ensure consistent store operations and promotions.
• Support drive-up, pickup and other guest services with accuracy and speed.
