Pine Hall, located in Detroit, is seeking a hospitality-minded individual to join the Support team. You’ll help set up the dining room, reset tables, pour water, and run food, while working closely with servers and expediters to ensure a smooth service.

A positive attitude and guests-first approach are essential for success in this role. The role emphasizes mobility, the ability to carry loads up to 30 lbs, and availability for lunch shifts.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing restaurant experience is preferred.
• Available for lunch shifts.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple plates up to 30 lbs.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room and tables, clear tables, pour water, and run food.
• Work with servers and expediters; reset dining room between services.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish glassware; ensure smooth service flow.
• Liaise with guests, management, service staff and kitchen as needed.
• Assist with coat check duties and uphold Enlightened Hospitality standards.
