Pine Hall Detroit, Union Square Hospitality Group's first Detroit outpost, is seeking a Porter to support our kitchen and dining areas with cleanliness and organization.

You'll wash pots and pans, maintain sanitation standards, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth station turnover and guest safety. Evening shifts and physical stamina are required, with opportunities to grow within USHG's renowned culture of Enlightened Hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a kitchen support position within a similar environment.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work evening shifts.
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and an unwavering care for guests and food safety through ware washing and facility maintenance duties.
• Work with the kitchen team to keep all cookware and storage containers in good shape and returned to storage areas properly.
• Learn and retain standard operating procedures for all sanitation duties while following a timeline and cleaning project schedule.
• Partner with kitchen team to promote teamwork and efficient station turnover and end of shift breakdown.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and operational success.
