Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, mainly evenings and weekends.
• Strong expertise in managing high-volume environments and guest interactions.
• Ability to operate golf carts and shuttles.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Hospitality Leads and assigned staff.
• Working as ‘Manager on Duty’ within Guest Engagement.
• Creating Standard Operating Procedures for Guest Engagement staff.
• Managing budgeting, supplies, and equipment for operations.
• Overseeing seating details and ticketing for concerts.
• Identifying rental event needs and scheduling staff.
• Supporting photo shoot sessions and ensuring guidelines are followed.
