MHG Hotels LLC seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily room cleaning and uphold guest room standards. You will oversee housekeeping, ensuring rooms and baths meet hotel standards, and coordinate with Front Office, Laundry, and Maintenance.

The role requires a professional demeanor and clear communication, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Flexible shifts, full-time/part-time, plus benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a professional demeanor and clear communication.
• Ability to maintain a clean uniform appearance.
• Must be able to stand, move, lift up to 25-30 pounds and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of Housekeeping.
• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to meet hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and leave bathrooms sparkling.
• Restock guest room supplies and organize linen closet.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry, and Maintenance departments.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Housekeeping Manager or Front Desk.
• Handle guest problems and complaints seeking assistance as necessary.
