Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs seeks a Hotel Guest Services Supervisor to oversee all hotel department activities, ensuring smooth operation, maximum occupancy, and superior guest service. You will guide the Front Desk team, train associates, and maintain safety and policy compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hotel, hospitality, or customer-service experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Front Desk daily operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Provide professional, courteous service during arrival, stay, and departure.
• Train and oversee Front Desk Associates workflow and processes.
• Address and resolve guest issues; coach staff to maintain high service quality.
• Ensure payment processing and reservations have valid forms of payment; manage outstanding balances.
