Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a hotel or customer relations role.
• Ability to type 35 wpm; data entry experience desirable.
• Excellent English communication; second language desirable.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Knowledge of SOPs and company rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk operations to ensure service quality.
• Manage shift schedules and train staff.
• Monitor daily labor and group information.
• Prepare reports on occupancy and department expenses.
• Greet guests and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
