Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to ensure brand standards are met.
• Resolve guest complaints by researching the situation and applying effective solutions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive improvements in the front office and overall guest experience.
• Oversee front office operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Make and confirm reservations, balance accounts, and handle guest check-outs and billing.
