Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a guest-focused team member to support front desk operations at the Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village. You will assist with check-in/check-out, greet guests warmly, and help ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience while maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attentiveness to guest needs, and the ability to work with the front office team to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
• Ability to deal with customers with tact and diplomacy to resolve conflicts.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform calculator-based calculations.
• Ability to input information accurately using a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing front desk operations to meet guest needs.
• Greet guests warmly, provide information on hours and local attractions, and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Verify guest details, process payments, and balance cash drawers.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining brand standards.
