Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff, ensure smooth operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will coach team members, maintain safety and quality standards, and support cash handling and POS procedures.

The role requires flexible hours and a focus on reliability and organization to meet store objectives and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Efficient and organized, capable of multitasking in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to access all store areas.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
