Job summary

The Salvation Army in Camp Hoblitzelle, Midlothian, TX is seeking a Full Time Guest Services Supervisor with an Associate’s degree and at least two years of hospitality or camping ministry experience. You will supervise guest services staff, coordinate event setups, and act as the front-face of the organization to ensure groups have a satisfying experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in hospitality services, business administration, or related field.
• Two years experience in camping ministry and/or hospitality related industry including experience leading the work of others.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff completion of set ups and assists as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinates and participates as needed, in the set up of meeting rooms and activity areas for guests
• Assists the Guest Services Director in acting as the face of the organization to ensure that all groups are fully satisfied with their experience
• Coordinates a group’s use of the property and assists with the check-in/check-out of groups.
