Job summary

Hotel Lucile, Casetta's newest property, opens late summer 2026 in the heart of Silver Lake, Los Angeles. We are assembling the opening team to deliver a boutique guest experience across front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest services.

The Front Desk Supervisor will lead the front office, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding guest service at all times.
• Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Train, direct the work of, resolve issues and coach and counsel the front desk team to ensure a quality operation.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking guests' preferences and special requests.
• Cross check all billing instructions are correctly updated.
• Assist all departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods.
• Takes responsibility in the absence of the manager on duty.
• As a supervisor you will be a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the front office team.
