Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) seeks a working leader at a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites or Navy Lodge to guide housekeeping teams, inspect performance, and ensure program standards. You will perform the full range of housekeeping duties alongside Attendants and ensure efficient service, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry spaces, with adherence to NHG

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have lived in the U.S. for three years.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months housekeeping experience.
• Leadership and/or training experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and pass on information and instructions from supervisor/manager to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Assist in training new associates and answer questions on policies and directives.
• Ensure work schedules are followed and report status to supervisor.
