Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, make eye contact and thank each guest served.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, safe shopping experience meeting guest expectations.
• Present a professional appearance per dress code and grooming policy.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and a safe work environment.
• Oversee the Guest Service area and cashier controls.
• Maintain cash handling reports and bank deposits per policy.
• Schedule, train, and coach Guest Service teammates to ensure exceptional service.
• Communicate new policies or promotions to guests.
• Perform related duties as assigned by management.
