Job summary

You will oversee cash controls, process daily cash and sales activity, schedule and coach teammates, and ensure policy communication and security. High school diploma and 1–3 years related experience preferred; strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and courtesy; thank them for shopping with us.
• Provide a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests' expectations.
• Supervise the Guest Service area and ensure cash controls are upheld.
• Maintain cash controls and accurate reporting of daily/weekly sales and cash.
• Schedule, train, and coach Guest Service teammates to deliver exceptional service.
• Count and secure cash, process deposits, and monitor office security per policies.
• Communicate new policies or promotions to guests and support store initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
