Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, make eye contact, and say thank you to each guest.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, and safe shopping experience.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code and grooming policy.
• Assist the Guest Service area supervision and daily cash/sales activities.
• Train and coach teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Process all guest transactions accurately including check cashing, bill payments, ATM, Lottery, and Western Union.
• Ensure security of the Guest Service area and items at all times.
• Communicate new policies or promotions to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
