Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store-level tasks in a retail environment. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and assist with housekeeping and replenishment while adhering to safety and policies.

The role requires flexibility to work day/evening hours, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on reliable transport and the ability to handle basic computer tasks.

• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
