Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Store Associate for the Aspen Snowmass area. You will deliver an elevated guest-centered experience, assist with rental gear, apparel, and accessories, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

The role reports to the Store Manager and supports smooth daily operations during the 2026-2027 Winter Season. Responsibilities include guiding guests through rentals and purchases, handling POS transactions, and contributing to a seamless guest experience while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Ski bindings certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, attentive approach and reflect high service standards.
• Guide guests through rental and retail processes with personalized recommendations.
• Provide knowledge on gear, apparel, and accessories to support confident purchases.
• Operate POS and RTP software to process sales, rentals, returns, and payments.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance daily transactions.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and merchandised to maximize visibility.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with inventory, stock, and receiving.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations and guest focus.
