Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a beautiful store environment with attention to detail and inviting atmosphere.
• Desire to positively impact the community and contribute to meaningful causes.
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to implement revenue-generating ideas.
• Well-groomed, stylish appearance reflecting pride and guest experience standards.
• Ability to work a varied schedule of at least 40 hours weekly, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manages Mission Monday campaign to positively impact the community.
• Holds self and team accountable for achievement of P&L results and standards.
• Provides timely feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates, driving retention and performance.
