Responsibilities

• Take guest food and beverage orders accurately.
• Knowledge of current menu choices and specials.
• Handle table assignments and seating; communicate guest needs to kitchen and bartenders.
• Record revenue accurately and process payments.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with events and special functions as needed.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and professionalism.
