Job summary

Barry’s is seeking energetic Client Specialists at our Long Beach studio. You will greet clients, help with class selections and bookings, and ensure a memorable Barry’s experience.

You’ll also manage Fuel Bar orders, assist with merchandise, and keep the studio clean and welcoming. Strong hospitality, teamwork, and customer-service skills are essential, with flexible full- or part-time hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with minimal restrictions, including some weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greet clients, assist with class selection and bookings, maintain a welcoming studio environment, manage merchandise and Fuel Bar orders.
• Fuel Bar: prepare and serve smoothies, handle pre-orders, operate POS, keep area clean and sanitized.
• Facility Maintenance: clean equipment and spaces, restock supplies, perform light studio repairs and laundry duties.
• Customer Service: maintain client database, engage in community events to grow business, deliver hospitality excellence.
