Barry’s is seeking Client Specialists to be the first point of contact at our studios. You will help clients with class bookings, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and support fuel bar and maintenance tasks. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greet guests, assist with class selections and bookings, keep the studio clean.
• Fuel Bar: assist with orders, upsell products, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Facility Maintenance: clean equipment, lockers, and common areas to brand standards.
• Customer Service: maintain client database, participate in community events to generate new business.
