Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Specialist in Los Angeles. You will be the first point of contact, guiding clients on class selections, bookings, and studio amenities while embodying the Barry’s brand. You’ll also manage Fuel Bar orders and merchandise, and help keep the studio clean and welcoming.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys health and fitness. Full-time or part-time availability is required, including some weekends. 18+ and strong hospitality skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused with strong client experience.
• Available for full-time or part-time schedule, including weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain clean and welcoming studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greet clients, manage bookings, answer questions, and act as brand ambassador.
• Fuel Bar: prepare smoothies, take orders, assist customers, and maintain bar hygiene.
• Facility Maintenance: clean equipment and spaces, upkeep locker rooms and lobby areas.
• Customer Service: maintain client database, engage with community events and outreach.
