Barry’s is seeking Client Specialists to be the first contact at our studios, helping clients choose classes, book sessions, and maintain a welcoming environment while supporting FuelBar and merchandise sales.

We value passionate, reliable team players with strong hospitality skills who can work full-time or part-time, including mornings, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced, team-focused setting that delivers memorable fitness experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekend days.
• Part-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week with weekend availability.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: welcome clients, assist with class bookings and merchandise sales.
• Fuel Bar: prepare protein smoothies and handle orders.
• Facility Maintenance: clean equipment and spaces between/after classes.
• Customer Service: maintain client database and host events.
