Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Specialist to provide superior hospitality at our Ardmore studios. You’ll handle front desk duties, Fuel Bar orders, and facility upkeep while guiding clients through class selections and memberships.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work a full-time or part-time schedule, including weekends. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering Barry’s signature experiences and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be available for full-time or part-time schedule.
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, including one weekend day.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction
• Exhibits enthusiasm for the studio and for the job
• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greeting clients, assist with class bookings and purchases, keep studio clean and stocked.
• Fuel Bar: prepare beverages, take orders, ensure sanitization and product knowledge.
• Facility Maintenance: clean equipment and spaces, perform light repairs as needed.
• Customer Service: maintain client relationships and assist with events and outreach.
