Job summary

Majors Management in onsite locations is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will assist customers with purchases, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and product displays.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Previous retail experience is preferred and high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience desired.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum performance standards.
• Follow rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
