Job summary

Cragun’s Resort on Gull Lake is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet, check in/out guests, and provide top-notch service. Part-time shifts include 7AM–3PM and 3PM–11PM, with weekend availability required.

A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for customer service are essential, along with a valid driver’s license and being at least 16 years old. Responsibilities include cash handling, room status updates, and guiding guests on room types and resort amenities.

Qualifications

• Positive, "Guest First" attitude and passion for customer service.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license; minimum age 16.
• Hospitality experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and register guests upon arrival.
• Attend to special requests and accommodate them.
• Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs for a smooth experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate room status and guest needs tracking.
• Provide information on room types, rates, and resort amenities.
• Offer options and alternatives to meet guests’ needs.
• Ensure security of guest room keys with trust and safety.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and empathetically.
