Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hospitality or retail setting is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to handle orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven teamwork skills and a positive attitude to support colleagues.
• Availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly during busy times.
• Willingness to learn health and safety standards and obtain a food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverage options.
• Take orders accurately and process payments using POS systems; ensure correct change and receipts.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers promptly and verify accuracy of orders.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and upkeep of service stations to meet health standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints diplomatically to maintain satisfaction and reputation.
