• Capable of standing for long periods and moving quickly during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the establishment, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverage options.
• Take orders accurately, process payments using POS, ensure correct change and receipts.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and health standards throughout the shift.
• Address and resolve customer complaints diplomatically to maintain satisfaction.
