Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or retail is required.
• Strong verbal communication with customers and team members is essential.
• Ability to handle orders accurately and quickly, even in busy periods.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of standing long periods and moving quickly during busy times.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines for food service; food handler certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter; provide menus and answer questions.
• Take orders and process payments using POS; ensure correct change and receipts.
• Deliver orders to tables or take-out accurately and promptly.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally to protect the restaurant's reputation.
