Job summary

• Retail or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, ask thoughtful questions and recommend products that fit their interests.
• Share product stories, artist connections and our local manufacturing process.
• Help guests explore personalization and create meaningful gifts.
• Contribute to shared sales goals through helpful service and relevant recommendations.
• Notice guests and teammates who need support, and take action.
• Keep displays stocked and inviting; assist with wrapping, register transactions and opening and closing.
• Apply coaching, practice new approaches and take increasing ownership.
