Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Concord, NC is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter to greet customers, recommend products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service throughout the shopping experience.

You will demonstrate products, replenish shelves, keep the area organized, and help guests decide on purchases—while following store policies and contributing to a legendary Bass Pro experience. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliable communication; you will operate the POS system to complete transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to greet customers and communicate professionally.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and friendly.
• Demonstrate products and provide information and direction.
• Replenish and restock shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of advertised sales and pricing/signing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and overall cleanliness.
