Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate products, and guide customers through buying decisions. You will maintain shelves, stay updated on promotions, and participate in seasonal merchandising while ensuring a friendly, efficient store experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a prompt, friendly approach.
• Demonstrate products and answer questions for customers.
• Replenish and organize merchandise on shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and promotions, including CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and keep work area clean and stocked.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
