Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter in Charlotte, NC to deliver world-class customer service, demonstrate products, and guide shoppers to solutions. The role includes stocking, merchandising, and promoting store programs while maintaining a friendly, efficient checkout experience.

Experience in retail, strong communication skills, and ability to operate a POS system are required. On-site position with physical activity such as standing and lifting up to 20–100 pounds as needed.
