Bass Pro Shops in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Outfitter to deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate products, and assist customers in making informed buying decisions. The role requires maintaining product knowledge and working with the team to keep shelves stocked and prices/signage accurate.

The position emphasizes friendly communication, cash handling, and helping guests with seasonal merchandise moves while providing a legendary shopping experience.

Competenze

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Mansioni

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and friendly.
• Demonstrate products to customers and provide information/direction.
• Restock merchandise and maintain neat, stocked shelves.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and pricing/signage.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
