Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member at our Newark, DE location. This part-time role includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with a base pay of $15.50–$18.00 per hour plus a $1/hour overnight premium.

You will deliver outstanding service, maintain store standards, and support a fast-paced 24/7 guest experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail customer service, a HS diploma or GED, and flexibility to cover various shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience
• Food service, line cook, or prep cook experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Foodie Extraordinaire: You'll follow the sacred codes of food safety, sanitation, and quality, conjuring up culinary delights that leave taste buds dancing.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
