Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate on a part-time schedule (25 hours or less per week). The role focuses on delivering the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience, greeting Guests warmly and ensuring the store is prepared at all times.

You will handle DipSide items, operate the POS and gas console, and keep shelves stocked and the store clean. The position requires basic English communication, cash handling skills, and the ability to work various shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Able to rotate stock and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and scoops for shakes, sundaes, and cones.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, milk box, and freezers; keep dip cabinet presentable.
• Maintain store safety and security procedures and monitor cash levels.
• Keep store clean and equipment temperatures monitored.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
