Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage communication with Stores, Guests, and other departments to determine needs and escalation.
• Enter information accurately to address inquiries using multiple systems.
• Ask probing questions to meet guest needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Buckle merchandise to answer questions.
• Assist with processing refunds for orders out-of-stock or abandoned.
• Maintain documentation of guest concerns and resolutions.
• Answer corporate phone lines and transfer callers as needed.
