Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to coach teammates, resolve guest concerns, and ensure superior service across our store operations in Nebraska. You will lead by example in handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining loyalty programs while upholding PCI standards and confidentiality.

Professional focus includes supervising live chat, order accuracy, and staff training, with special projects and weekend/evening shifts to meet guest demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, six months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with live chat, Teammate purchases, Buckle Select, FedEx scheduling and department training.
• Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager with department duties and projects.
• Support Guests with placing orders and resolving order issues.
• Efficiently utilize Buckle’s POS systems and AS400 to assist Guests.
• Identify and investigate possible fraudulent orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Buckle merchandise to answer Guest questions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inconsistencies in Buckle Rewards, Buckle Loyalty programs, Buckle Card, and Buckle App.
• Fulfill mission with high level of customer service and contribute to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
