Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to coach teammates, resolve guest issues, and oversee daily service standards in our Kearney, NE store network. You will assist with training, escalate concerns to leadership, and ensure accurate order processing with Buckle systems.

This role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a focus on a positive team environment. Evening and weekend availability is required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience a plus.
• Experience coaching or supervising teammates preferred.
• Familiarity with Buckle merchandise and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with live chat, guest purchases, Buckle Select, FedEx scheduling, and training.
• Support Assistant Manager and Manager with department duties and projects.
• Guide guests in placing orders and resolving order issues.
• Use Buckle POS and AS400 to assist guests.
• Identify potential fraudulent orders and prevent loss.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer guest questions.
• Handle inconsistencies in Buckle loyalty programs and app.
• Perform duties with high customer service and team spirit.
