Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate in Texas to support guest services and store operations. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members using the myTime app.

This role emphasizes reliability, attendance, and flexibility, with shifts offered as needed and not guaranteed on a fixed weekly schedule. Training will be provided to ensure you are prepared for the role.
