Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run errands, assist as cashier, answer phones.
• Understand and implement store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize stock room for product flow.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed.
